😋 Artistic Banana Cran Walnut Bread

Ingredients: 1 cup vegan butter, 4 large, ripe bananas    1/2 cup sugar, 1 cup cranberries 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 cup walnut milk, 2 1/2 cups organic wheat flour, 1 cup walnuts, 2 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp vanilla, 1 tsp nutmeg, 1 tbsp cinnamon | Cake mixer, spatula, potato masher and oiled 9in x 5in loaf pan needed.


Mix Dough: Cream butter, sugar and salt on medium speed 5 minutes | Sift flour and baking powder into mixing bowl | Remove banana skins and mash bananas with potato masher | Add bananas, walnuts, cranberries and other ingredients | Scrape sides of bowl and combine ingredients well with a spatula | Spoon batter into oiled loaf pan.


Bake Bread: Heat oven to 350° F and bake bread for 50 minutes or until golden | Remove bread from oven and cool 15 minutes before enjoying | Recipe makes one 9-inch banana bread.
